Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for costs incurred outside the original payment scope, including:
- Additional bedding rental
- Tenant Penalty
- Damage compensation
- Additional cleaning fees
- Utility fees: Hosts may charge extra only if the contract or platform states that “additional charges may apply for excess usage” when actual usage exceeds the fixed utility fee.
