Your options depend on whether you've already moved in.
Before move-in (before the contract period starts):
- If you haven't moved in yet, you can cancel the lease agreement yourself through the "Current Stay" page. You don't need to discuss this with your host—the cancellation will be processed automatically. Cancellation fees will be calculated based on our cancellation policy (Articles 24 and 26).
After move-in (during the contract period):
- You'll need to discuss early move-out with your host. If your host agrees, a cancellation fee will be charged according to our cancellation policy (Article 36), though some hosts may waive or reduce it.
⚠️ Important:
- If you move out without reaching an agreement with your host, this is considered an unauthorized move-out, and you'll still be charged the full rent for the entire contract period.
- We strongly encourage you to work things out with your host first. Most hosts are willing to find a reasonable solution if you communicate openly.
- Once you and your host reach an agreement, let us know so we can update your contract details.
