Step-by-Step Process
Step 1. Agreement with the Host
The Tenant must first reach an agreement with the Host regarding the Early Move-out date. This agreement must be completed in advance.
The following dates must be clearly defined during the consultation:
Early Move-out Declaration Date: The date on which the Tenant officially notifies the Host of the intention to move out early.
Requested Move-out Date: The date on which the Tenant intends to vacate the Stay.
Step 2. Notification via Dedicated Request Form
Once the agreement is reached, the Tenant must submit the agreed details to the Platform using the dedicated Early Move-out Request Form. Accurate delivery of the agreed information is the responsibility of the Tenant.

Step 3. Lease Agreement Modification and Settlement
The Platform processes the Lease Agreement modification through the System.
Any applicable Tenant Penalty is applied.
Refunds, if applicable, are calculated and processed based on the policy.
