If you need to cancel your Lease Agreement, you can process the request directly through the EnkoStay app or website. Please review the following guidelines regarding procedures and potential penalties.
1. How to Request a Cancellation
You can initiate a cancellation by following this path:
[My Booking] → Select your [Stay] → [Detail] → Click the [Cancellation] button at the bottom.
2. Cancellation Penalty
If a Tenant requests a cancellation, a Tenant Penalty may be charged in accordance with our refund policy and the terms of your Lease Agreement.
Check Before You Cancel: You can review the estimated Tenant Penalty amount on the cancellation page before finalizing your request. Please check this carefully.
3. Cancellations Due to Host Issues
If the cancellation is being initiated due to a fault or request from the Host (not the Tenant), please do not proceed with the manual cancellation on the app. Instead, contact the Platform immediately.
In such cases, the Company will investigate and assist with the appropriate process to ensure you are not unfairly penalized.
