1. KRW (Korean Won) Standard Policy
All transactions on the EnkoStay Platform, including Monthly Rent, Initial Payments, and Refunds, are processed exclusively in Korean Won (KRW).
2. Exchange Rate Fluctuations and Loss
Since all transactions are conducted in KRW, the final amount reflected in your local currency or on your bank statement may vary depending on the daily exchange rate and your bank's conversion fees.
No Compensation for Exchange Loss: The Company is not responsible for, and will not compensate for, any financial losses or discrepancies arising from exchange rate fluctuations during the payment or refund process.
Transaction Fees: Any additional foreign transaction fees or currency conversion fees charged by your card issuer or bank are the sole responsibility of the Member.
