Reasons for Payment Failure
A payment may fail for several reasons.
The Tenant should review the following items before retrying the payment:
- Confirm that the registered credit card or debit card is active and functioning normally.
- Verify that sufficient funds are available in the account linked to the payment method.
- Check whether the card has a payment limit and whether the Total Payment Amount exceeds that limit.
- Some cards do not support overseas or international transactions. Confirm that international payments are enabled on the card.
