Cost Categories in a Stay
Costs registered for a Stay are categorized as follows.
Each cost item is defined based on its purpose and payment timing.
Monthly Rent (Required)
- The Monthly Rent refers to the base rental cost of the Stay.
- It is charged on a monthly basis according to the Stay Agreement.
Utility Fee
- The Utility Fee includes costs such as water, electricity, gas, and internet.
- These fees are charged in addition to the Monthly Rent and are included in the Total Rent.
Move-out Cleaning Fee
- The move-out cleaning fee is a pre-charged cost for cleaning services after the Tenant vacates the Stay.
- This fee is charged only once, as part of the Initial Payment.
Bedding Rental Fee
- The bedding rental fee applies only to Stays registered as accommodation-type properties where the Host provides bedding as a paid service.
- This fee is charged only once, as part of the Initial Payment.
Enko Service Fee
An Enko Service Fee equivalent to 10% of the Total Payment Amount is added at the time of payment.
