If you need to cancel your Lease Agreement, you can process the request directly through the Enkstay app or website.
Please review the following guidelines regarding procedures and potential penalties.
1. Cancellations Due to Host Issues (β οΈ Read First)
If the cancellation is being initiated due to a fault, issue, or direct request from the Host (not the Tenant), please DO NOT proceed with the manual cancellation on the app.
Instead, please contact the Platform immediately via stay_support@enko.kr.
In such cases, the Company will thoroughly investigate the situation and assist with the appropriate process to ensure you are not unfairly penalized.
2. How to Request a Cancellation (Tenant-Initiated)
If you are initiating the cancellation for personal reasons, you can process it by following this path:
Go to [My Booking] β Select your [Stay] β View [Detail] β Click the [Cancellation] button at the bottom.
3. Cancellation Penalty & Refund Policy
If a Tenant requests a cancellation, a Tenant Penalty may be charged in accordance with the refund/cancellation policy agreed upon at the time of cancellation and the terms of your Lease Agreement
Check Before You Cancel: You can review the estimated Tenant Penalty amount on the cancellation page before finalizing your request. Please check this carefully before confirming.
