- Before: v2.1 (effective Aug 5, 2026)
- After: v2.2 (effective , KST)
- Scope: v2.2 applies to contracts concluded on or after the effective date. Contracts concluded before that date continue to be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of conclusion (v2.1 or earlier).
Key changes at a glance
- Early move-in restructured (Art. 31): an early move-in no longer moves the original contract's start date. Instead, a separate contract is created for the early move-in period and linked to the existing contract as a consecutive contract. Host approval is required, and the request is confirmed once the tenant's payment and the host's approval are both complete.

Art. 31 (1) Early move-in |
"Advancing the contract start date. Upon agreement with the host and a request to the Platform, the Platform may charge the guest the pro-rated amount, and it is confirmed upon completion of payment." | • Defined as moving in from a date earlier than the existing contract's start date; requested through the Platform, with additional rent and costs for the early move-in period charged on a pro-rated basis • Host approval required; confirmed upon the tenant's payment and the host's approval • A separate contract is created for the early move-in period and linked to the existing contract as a consecutive contract — the original start date is not changed • For a later early move-out, eligibility and penalty are assessed on the combined period (start = early move-in contract start date; end = existing contract end date) • Payment, settlement, refunds, and contract documents may be processed separately for each contract |
