Schedule Update Overview
During the 2026 Lunar New Year holiday period, Enkostay’s customer support operations will be temporarily extended. However, please note that support will not be available on certain dates, and limited hours will apply on others.
Background of the Change
As the volume of transactions on Enkostay has recently increased,
our support schedule has been temporarily adjusted to allow focused staffing during the holiday period,
enabling faster responses to urgent inquiries and critical issues.
