We are pleased to announce that starting Wednesday, August 5, 2026, the platform’s minimum stay requirement under our Terms of Service will be reduced from 14 nights to 7 nights.

Implementation Details
- Effective Date: August 5, 2026
- Applicability: All new booking requests submitted after the system update.
- Note: Existing contracts and reservations are not affected by this change.
Important Information for Guests
- Host Autonomy on Settings: Please note that while our updated terms allow for a 7-night minimum stay, the actual minimum stay for each property is set autonomously by the individual host. Enkostay simply provides the system feature that enables shorter bookings; whether a host chooses to utilize this 7-night option or maintain a longer requirement is entirely up to them.
- Direct Inquiries to Hosts: Because these settings are at the host's discretion, the 7-night minimum will not automatically apply to every listing. If you have specific questions regarding a property's minimum stay requirement or availability, please contact the host directly for clarification.
- Other Policies: All other guidelines regarding rent calculations, payments, and cancellation or refund policies remain unchanged.
