RC-related documents can be issued only after the Host has officially approved the Lease Agreement. Please note that the availability of each document depends on the information provided by the Host.
1. Documents Available Immediately
Invoice: This can be issued even if the Host has not yet entered their detailed information, provided the booking is confirmed.
2. Documents Requiring Host Information
The following documents can only be issued after the Host completes their information entry in the System:
Lease Agreement (임대차 계약서)
Confirmation of Residence/Accommodation (거주지 확인서)
Business Registration Certificate (사업자 등록증)
3. How to Request Information from the Host
If the documents listed above are not yet available for download, it means the Host needs to update their details.
Action: Go to the document issuance page and click the [Request Host to Enter Information] button.
This will send a notification to the Host to prompt them to provide the necessary details for your documents.
