At EnkoStay, we prioritize the privacy and security of our Tenants. Please review the following policy regarding the Host’s access to the Stay.
1. Unauthorized Entry Prohibited
The Host is strictly prohibited from entering the Stay without the Tenant's prior consent. Unauthorized entry is considered a violation of the Lease Agreement and the Service policy.
2. Entry for Maintenance and Inspection
If there is a legitimate reason for the Host to enter the room—such as facility repairs, safety inspections, or maintenance—the following procedures must be followed:
Prior Notice: The Host must contact the Tenant in advance to explain the reason for entry.
Schedule Adjustment: The Host and Tenant should discuss and agree upon a mutually convenient date and time for the visit.
3. Tenant’s Duty to Cooperate
While your privacy is protected, the Tenant also has a responsibility to maintain the condition of the property.
To resolve necessary maintenance issues or ensure safety, the Tenant must cooperate in good faith with the Host’s reasonable requests for entry.
