Room Change Due to Unavoidable Circumstances
If a room change is required due to unavoidable circumstances—such as issues with the condition of the Stay, facility maintenance, or damage—prior coordination with the Host is required.
Once an agreement is reached, the Tenant must notify the Platform of the outcome through an inquiry.
The Platform will then review the information and provide assistance in accordance with the applicable policy.
