Even if a property appears in your search results, you must contact the host to confirm availability BEFORE submitting a lease request. Enkostay’s leasing process requires the host's approval, so checking with them beforehand ensures a smoother booking experience.
To check availability, follow these steps:
Set Search Filters: On the search page, set your preferred location, desired move-in/move-out dates, and the number of tenants.
Browse Properties: Browse the available properties that match your preferences.
Contact the Host Directly: If you find a property you like, click on the listing and use the "Contact Host" (or Message Host) feature to ask if the property is available for your dates.
Apply for a Lease: Once the host responds and confirms that the property is available, you can safely proceed to apply for the lease.
