Here is a step-by-step guide to leasing a property on Enkostay:
Search for Properties: Use the search filters to set your desired location, dates, and number of tenants.
Browse & Select: Browse the available properties that match your preferences, select the property you want, and click "Select Room."
Set Your Dates: Choose your exact move-in and move-out dates, then click "Apply."
Review Fees: Carefully review the rental fee details. If everything looks correct, click "Lease Now."
Guest Information & Payment: Enter your contact details and proceed with the payment.
Host Approval: The host will review your lease request and either approve or decline it. You will receive a notification as soon as the host responds.
🎉 Contract Finalized: Once the host approves your request, your rental contract is officially finalized!
