Lease Extension
A Lease may be extended if the current Lease period has not yet expired.
When submitting a Lease extension request, the Tenant can review the amount required before payment. Please check the payment details carefully before proceeding.
How to Request a Lease Extension
Contact the Host in advance to confirm whether a Lease extension is possible.
Go to My Bookings on the Platform.
Select View Details for the relevant Stay.
On the Lease details page, select the Extend Lease option and follow the instructions to complete the request.
Important Notes
A Lease extension may not be available if there is another upcoming reservation or if the Host has scheduled maintenance for the Stay.
A Lease extension becomes effective only after the Host approves the request and the required payment is completed.
