A Lease may be extended if your current Lease period has not yet expired. When submitting a Lease extension request, you can review the total amount required before completing the payment.

🔄 How to Request a Lease Extension
[Crucial Step]
You must contact the Host in advance to confirm whether a Lease extension is possible.
Please note that if your extension request is declined by the host even once, it may cause disruptions when re-applying for an extension for the same period due to the processing of refunds and related system constraints. Ensure you have received the host's clear confirmation before clicking the extension button.
Contact the Host in advance to confirm and agree on the extension.
Go to [My Bookings] on the Platform.
Select [View Details] for the relevant Stay.
On the Lease details page, select the [Extend Lease] option and follow the instructions to complete the request and payment.
🚫 ⚠️ Why is the 'Extend Lease' Button Disabled?
If the [Extend Lease] button is missing or grayed out on your details page, it is due to one of the following platform conditions:
Upcoming Overlapping Reservations: A lease extension is unavailable because another upcoming reservation has already been booked for that stay by another tenant.
Host’s Scheduled Maintenance: The Host has block-booked the period on their availability calendar, setting it as a "Non-contractable/Unavailable Period."

Suspended Stay or Room Operations: The property you are trying to extend has suspended its operations. You can distinguish the status through the following indicators:
Suspended Stay (Entire Property): Access to the public stay details page itself is completely blocked.
Suspended Specific Room: You can access the stay details page, but the specific room you are staying in is no longer listed or visible.

Existing Approved Extension: If there is already an approved and existing lease extension contract, the system automatically restricts multiple buttons. The extension option will only be activated on the most recently updated/active contract.
💡 If the extension request is declined: If the newly created extension lease request is officially declined by the Host, you cannot re-apply from that newly generated contract page. In this case, you must return to your original, previously approved active lease page to restart the extension process.
💡 Important Notes
Strict Re-application Limit: A Lease extension request should not be submitted without prior consultation. If the Host declines your official request, it may be difficult or impossible to re-apply.
Final Activation: A Lease extension becomes legally effective only after the Host approves the request and the required payment is fully completed.
