A Lease may be extended if your current Lease period has not yet expired. When submitting a Lease extension request, you can review the total amount required before completing the payment.

🔄 How to Request a Lease Extension
[Crucial Step] You must contact the Host in advance to confirm whether a Lease extension is possible. Please note that if your extension request is declined by the host even once, system or operational constraints may prevent you from resubmitting another request for the same period. Ensure you have received the host's clear confirmation before clicking the extension button.
Contact the Host in advance to confirm and agree on the extension.
Go to "My Bookings" on the Platform.
Select "View Details" for the relevant Stay.
On the Lease details page, select the "Extend Lease" option and follow the instructions to complete the request.
⚠️ Important Notes
Strict Re-application Limit: A Lease extension request should not be submitted without prior consultation. If the Host declines your official request, it may be difficult or impossible to re-apply.
A Lease extension may not be available if there is another upcoming reservation or if the Host has scheduled maintenance for the Stay.
A Lease extension becomes effective only after the Host approves the request and the required payment is completed.
