Documents can only be downloaded after the host has completed all required property information and uploaded the necessary documents.

Even if you proceed with the RC document process, the download button will remain disabled until the host finishes this step.

If the required information or documents have not been provided by the host, you will not be able to download any documents.

In this case, you must directly contact the host via the 1:1 in-platform chat and request the required information and documents

If you’re staying with Enkostay and need documents for visa application or Residence Card (RC) purposes, you can easily download them from your account.

Available Documents

How to Download Documents

Log in to your account. (Currently available on the website only, not on the app)
Go to My booking → Stay → Document.
You’ll see the Document issuance page.
Use Add tenant to enter the required tenant information.
- You can only add the number of tenants specified in your contract (not the maximum room capacity).
- If the number of tenants listed in your contract differs from the actual number of residents who need documents, please email us at stay_support@enko.kr.

🚨 Important Notice 🚨

The information you enter will be automatically used as the basis for documents issued for Residence Card (RC) application purposes.

Please make sure to enter all details accurately, including:

Correct spelling (please triple-check 👁️)
Proper order of first name and last name
For reference, Korea does not have the concept of a middle name. As a result, even if your full legal name includes a middle name, only the first name and last name fields are available in the system. Please make sure to enter your information accurately using only the first name and last name fields. If your name includes a middle name, you can simply explain this to the immigration officer in person.

⭐️ This submission is irreversible. Submit only if you guarantee 100% accuracy. After this point, edits are impossible. ⭐️

※ Any correction to the RC document will cost 33,000 KRW.

For this reason, this step is extremely important. Please note that any consequences resulting from incorrect entries or missing information — including correction fees — are solely the responsibility of the tenant, and the platform bears no liability.

📌 Why doesn't my RC document show the building name or room number?

Our documents display the official Korean road-name address (도로명주소) only. Unit/room numbers and building commercial names are not included by default — this is intended, not an error.

Under the Korean road-name address system, the road name and building number already identify the exact building. A building's commercial name (e.g., "○○ Officetel") is a marketing label — it is not part of the official address. The room/unit number is classified as supplementary detail (상세주소).

Our RC documents are a digitized version of what was traditionally filled out by hand.

Option		Details
✏️ Free Option — Add details by hand		If you would like to add supplementary details such as your room/unit number, you may simply print the document and write them in by hand before submission. This costs nothing and requires no request to our team.
🔧 Paid Option — Request a digital correction through our platform (If you still require the document itself to be digitally corrected, please note the following)	1️⃣ Document was officially rejected by a government authority	Please provide the written rejection notice or any documented evidence from the officer. We will review your case and determine the appropriate course of action.
	2️⃣ No official rejection — correction based on your own preference	This is classified as a tenant-initiated amendment. A non-refundable fee of 33,000 KRW applies, and the correction is irreversible. Before incurring this cost, we strongly recommend contacting the immigration office first to confirm whether the correction is actually required.

Issuing Documents

On the next page, you can access the available documents:

Invoice → available for immediate download.
Other documents (Residence Confirmation, Contract, Business Certificate, etc.) → may require host information.
- If your host has already entered the required details, you can download them right away.
- If not, click Request documents from host to send a notification to your host.
