🚨 Before You Proceed — Please Read Carefully

Documents can only be downloaded after the host has completed all required property information and uploaded the necessary documents.

Even if you proceed with the RC document process, the download button will remain disabled until the host finishes this step.

If the required information or documents have not been provided by the host, you will not be able to download any documents.

In this case, you must directly contact the host via the 1:1 in-platform chat and request the required information and documents

Visa & RC Document Support Guide

If you’re staying with Enkostay and need documents for visa application or Residence Card (RC) purposes, you can easily download them from your account.

Available Documents

We currently provide the following documents:

• Confirmation of Residence / Accommodation
• Lease and Sublease Agreement
• Business License/Resident ID Card of Host
• Invoice / Receipt

How to Download Documents

1. Log in to your account. (Currently available on the website only, not on the app)

2. Go to My booking → Stay → Document.

   

    

3. You’ll see the Document issuance page.

   

    

4. Use Add tenant to enter the required tenant information.
   • You can only add the number of tenants specified in your contract (not the maximum room capacity).
   • If the number of tenants listed in your contract differs from the actual number of residents who need documents, please email us at stay_support@enko.kr.

🚨 Important Notice 🚨

The information you enter will be automatically used as the basis for documents issued for Residence Card (RC) application purposes.

Please make sure to enter all details accurately, including:

• Correct spelling (please triple-check 👁️)
• Proper order of first name and last name
• For reference, Korea does not have the concept of a middle name. As a result, even if your full legal name includes a middle name, only the first name and last name fields are available in the system. Please make sure to enter your information accurately using only the first name and last name fields. If your name includes a middle name, you can simply explain this to the immigration officer in person.

⭐️ Once submitted, this information cannot be changed or reversed, and document revision support will not be provided under any circumstances. ⭐️

For this reason, this step is extremely important.

Please note that any consequences resulting from incorrect entries or missing information are solely the responsibility of the tenant, and the platform bears no liability.

Please enter the required information for issuance.

After filling in the details, check the box on the tenant card and click Next.

Issuing Documents

On the next page, you can access the available documents:

• Invoice → available for immediate download.
• Other documents (Residence Confirmation, Contract, Business Certificate, etc.) → may require host information.
  • If your host has already entered the required details, you can download them right away.
  • If not, click Request documents from host to send a notification to your host.
