If you are unable to enter the Stay because the password (door code) provided in your check-in instructions does not match, please follow these steps immediately:
1. Contact the Host Directly
First, try to reach out to the Host through the EnkoStay app's 1:1 chat or their provided contact information. In most cases, the Host can resolve this issue quickly by providing an updated code or assisting you remotely.
2. If the Host is Unreachable
If you cannot get in touch with the Host after multiple attempts, please notify the EnkoStay Customer Service immediately.
Our Action: The Company will prioritize your request and attempt to contact the Host on your behalf to ensure you can access your Stay without further delay.
