1. Manual Editing/Deletion
Currently, the System does not provide a feature that allows Tenants to manually edit or delete a review once it has been submitted.
2. Requesting Changes or Removal
If you need to modify or remove a review you have already posted, you must contact the Platform directly.
How to Apply: Send your request to our support email at stay_support@enko.kr.
Review Process: Please note that requests for editing a review will undergo an internal review by the Company and may be declined if the request does not align with our internal policies.
3. Considerations Before Posting
Since manual changes are restricted, we kindly ask you to double-check your ratings and comments before finalizing your submission to ensure they accurately reflect your experience at the Stay.
