Starting from January 2, 2026, our operating hours have been updated as follows:

Important Notes on Sunday Operations
Please note that Customer Service is closed on Sundays that coincide with Public Holidays.
Example 1: If Children's Day falls on a Sunday, the office will be closed.
Example 2: If Lunar New Year's Day falls on a Sunday, the office will be closed.
