Welcome to EnkoStay! This guide provides instructions on how to manage your account, troubleshoot login issues, and update your personal information.
1. How to Login
EnkoStay supports two types of registration. Please ensure you are using the correct method you used during sign-up:
EnkoStay Account: Login using your registered email and password.
Social Login: Login via Kakao, Google, or Apple ID.
2. Troubleshooting Login Errors
If you experience technical issues or are unable to log in, please contact our Customer Service with the following information for faster assistance:
Device Model: (e.g., Galaxy S24, iPhone 15 Pro)
Device Type: Mobile (Android/iOS) or PC
Access Environment: Web browser or Mobile App
3. Password Recovery
Social Login Members: Since your account is managed by the respective platform (Kakao, Google, Apple), you must find your password through their service.
EnkoStay Account Members: If the password does not match, a 'Forgot your password?' button will appear. Click this button to reset your password via email.
4. Updating Profile Information
You can manually update the following information in your profile:
Editable by Member: Name, Emergency Contact, Gender, Nationality.
Other Information: To update any information not listed above, please contact our Customer Service.
5. Changing Email Address
EnkoStay Account: Email changes are only available for members who signed up directly through EnkoStay.
Social Login: For those using social login, EnkoStay does not manage your account credentials. Please contact the respective platform (Kakao, Google, or Apple) for account-related inquiries.
6. Account Deletion (Withdrawal)
Currently, members cannot manually delete their accounts. To request an account withdrawal, please contact Customer Service.
Note: Withdrawal requests will be declined if there are active stays, ongoing contracts, or unresolved disputes linked to your account. Please apply after all contracts are completed.
