Welcome to Enkostay!
This guide explains how to log in to your account, troubleshoot login issues, update your profile information, change your email address, and request account withdrawal.
1. First, Check Your Registration Method
Enkostay supports four different registration methods:
- EnkoStay account registration
- Kakao login
- Google login
- Apple login
Please note that each registration method is classified as a separate account.
For example, if you originally signed up with Google but later log in with Apple, a new separate account may be created.
Because of this, please make sure you are logging in through the same method you used when signing up.
2. How to Log In
Please log in using the registration method you originally selected.
EnkoStay Account
Log in using your registered email address and password.
Social Login
Log in through the social login method you used when signing up:
- Kakao
- Apple ID
3. If Your Contracts or Messages Suddenly Disappear
If you suddenly cannot see your contracts, messages, or previous account history, you may have logged in through a different registration method from the one you originally used.
For example, this may happen if:
- You originally signed up with an Enkostay email account but logged in with Google
- You originally signed up with Kakao but logged in with Apple
- You used a different social login method than before
In this case, a new account may have been created according to your login method.
Please first check the account information and login method currently being used.
If the login method appears correct but your contracts or messages are still not visible, please contact Enkostay Customer Service through the Help Center chat.
4. Troubleshooting Login Errors
If you experience a login error or are unable to access your account, please contact Customer Service with the following information so we can assist you more quickly:
- Registration/login method used: EnkoStay account, Kakao, Google, or Apple
- Device model: e.g., Galaxy S24, iPhone 15 Pro
- Device type: Mobile Android/iOS or PC
- Access environment: Web browser or mobile app
- Screenshot of the error screen
- Time when the error occurred
Providing this information helps us check the issue more accurately.
5. Password Recovery
Social Login Members
If you signed up through Kakao, Google, or Apple, your password is managed by that platform.
Please reset or recover your password directly through Kakao, Google, or Apple.
EnkoStay Account Members
If you signed up directly with EnkoStay and your password does not match, a “Forgot your password?” button will appear.
Please click this button and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.
6. Updating Profile Information
You can manually update the following profile information:
- Name
- Emergency contact
- Gender
- Nationality
If you need to update information that is not listed above, please contact Enkostay Customer Service.
7. Changing Your Email Address
Email address changes are only available for members who signed up directly through an Enkostay account.
However, email changes cannot be completed manually by members.
If you need to change your email address, please contact Enkostay Customer Service for assistance.
For members using Kakao, Google, or Apple login, Enkostay does not manage your account credentials.
Please contact the respective platform directly for account or email-related inquiries.
8. Account Deletion / Withdrawal
Currently, members cannot manually delete their accounts.
To request account withdrawal, please contact Enkostay Customer Service through the Help Center chat.
Please note that account withdrawal may not be processed while there are active stays, ongoing contracts, pending payments, or unresolved disputes linked to your account.
Please request withdrawal after all related matters have been completed.
