Move-in Information Emails
Move-in information emails are sent to the Tenant a total of three times:
- 7 days before Move-in
- 24 hours before Move-in
- On the Move-in date at 9:00 AM
If you haven't received it:
- Check your spam/junk folder: Emails sometimes get filtered automatically
- Verify your email address: Ensure the email in your contract information is correct
- Contact the host directly: They can provide entrance instructions, passcodes, and other specific move-in details
As a platform, we forward the guide the host provides, but hosts have the most current information about access procedures.
